"After twenty five years our business had come to a point where it wasn't going in any direction it was just drifting along. The company was been strangled by a poor cash flow and morale among the employees had depleted. We as owners a husband and wife team were suffering because of the constant pressure of trying to keep the business together. Our business wasn't fun and exciting any more.

Because we were working in the business so much we didn't have the time or energy to stop and think of what we needed to do to breathe new life into the company. Our cash flow quickly started to improve and with Hugh's help we restructured the company so that we are no longer working in the business but on the business. The service we offer to customers improved dramatically and because of this our customer base increased. Our employees are much more motivated working with us and not against us. We now have a fantastic team of which we are very proud.

Ourselves as directors have gained so much both professionally and personally from the sessions. Our company has come from a business that was falling apart to a top class vibrant company with a professional image offering a top class quality service to its customers.
