If you keep doing the same things you get the same results. However a small positive change can create a massive knock on effect - like an avalanche.

Personal Development helps everyone to grow and change, but just imagine the usual situation in life, the minority has the most success, and the majority doesn't. Why? Often it's not training, it's not knowledge or know-how; it is the quality of actions they take - or don't take.

Most people don't take enough effective action. What I try to do is to help people to get past those blocks that stop them taking action - the inner voice that keeps giving you the reason why not!
Empowerment is for those people who know that there is more!
I will show you how your mind works and how you are in control in every second by what you choose to think about, what you choose to absorb from the 2 million bits of information that are available to you every second of the day and by what actions you choose to take.

We will then take you through a process where you will concentrate on a GOAL that you want to achieve.

One of the single biggest blocks that hold us back from achieving our dreams are the emotions that we attach to things. Mostly these are negative. It is very difficult to attract good stuff to us if we are in a negative emotional state. At Empowerment you will be shown how to release negative emotions.

Finally we will examine the Major Limiting Decisions we have made in our lives that are thwarting our journey. We will ask if these decisions have served you well. Having identified a decision that has no value you will be shown how to release it so that it never limits your progress again.

Empowerment is designed to allow participants to sample The Business Mentor's "Accelerated Results School" which will commence two weeks later on Saturday, 10th October and run fortnightly until Saturday 19th December. Accelerated Results School leads to NLP Results Certification.
